Terms of Service

Welcome to GlowStrike. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on our website.

Products & pricing

We work to display product details, colors, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear. The product description on the page you purchase from sets out what is included with your order. Prices, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown before you complete checkout.

Orders

After checkout, we'll send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. If we cannot fulfill an order, we'll contact you and issue a full refund. We may contact you to resolve an incorrect address, payment issue, or suspected fraudulent order.

Shipping & returns

Shipping destinations, charges, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Returns and refunds are handled under our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee and Refund / Return Policy. If there is a conflict, rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws take priority.

Product safety

GlowStrike laser tag products are designed for recreational use. Always follow the product instructions and recommended age guidelines. Adult supervision is recommended for children. Do not modify the products or use them in ways that could endanger others.
